Baji666 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and baji666 (referred to throughout this document as "baji666", "we", "us", or "the platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature on baji666, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

baji666 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for Pakistani players. All services are offered exclusively to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, are residents of Pakistan, and are accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes.

These Terms apply to all sections of the baji666 platform, including but not limited to: account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonus and promotion participation, use of all game categories (slots, live casino, crash games, fishing games, roulette, sports betting), the VIP Club, and customer support interactions.

To register an account on baji666, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and maintain them for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. baji666 does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan accessing the platform from within Pakistan.
• You must be registering for yourself — not on behalf of another person or as an agent.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended baji666 account. One account per person, per household, per IP address is strictly enforced.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of baji666 or its affiliated game providers.

When you register, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information. This includes your full legal name, CNIC number, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

baji666 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee account approval, particularly where automated fraud detection systems flag an application for review.

baji666 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. While you may register and deposit without completing full KYC, withdrawal requests will not be processed until your account has been successfully verified.

KYC verification at baji666 requires the following documents:

• CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card): A clear photograph or scan of both the front and back of your CNIC. The name, CNIC number and photograph must be clearly visible.
• Selfie with CNIC: A photograph of you holding your CNIC next to your face, taken at the time of submission (not a pre-existing photo).
• Payment method verification: For mobile wallet withdrawals, the wallet must be registered in the same name as your baji666 account. For bank transfers, the account name must match.

KYC documents should be submitted through the Verification section of your baji666 account dashboard. Review typically takes between 1 and 24 hours. If documents are rejected for quality or mismatch reasons, you will be notified and given the opportunity to resubmit.

baji666 may request updated or additional verification documents at any time, including for existing verified accounts. This is typically triggered by unusual transaction patterns or at scheduled review intervals. Refusal to provide documents will result in account restriction.

All financial transactions on baji666 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). baji666 does not process transactions in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied at any point.

Accepted deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT (online banking transfer), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Deposit rules:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500
• Maximum single deposit: determined by your account tier and the payment method used. Details are displayed at the deposit screen.
• All deposits are zero-fee — baji666 does not charge processing fees on any deposit method.
• Mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are credited instantly in the vast majority of cases. Delays beyond 15 minutes should be reported to support with your transaction reference number.
• Bank IBFT deposits typically credit within 2–30 minutes depending on your bank's processing speed.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will trigger a withdrawal hold pending investigation.

Withdrawal rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: under 45 minutes for mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take 2–4 hours.
• baji666 charges zero withdrawal fees across all payment methods.
• If an active bonus is attached to your account, bonus wagering requirements must be completed before real money funds can be withdrawn. Your bonus and real balance are displayed separately in your account dashboard.
• baji666 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours for additional security verification. This is not standard and only applies in specific risk-flagged cases.

baji666 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Pakistani players. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and Conditions as well as any specific terms published at the time of each individual offer. In case of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms.

General bonus rules that apply to all promotions:

• One promotion per account per promotional period, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer details.
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance, separate from your real money balance. The dashboard displays both clearly.
• Wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements) specify the total wager amount needed to convert bonus funds to withdrawable real money. The welcome bonus at baji666 carries a 15x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Reload bonuses carry a 20x requirement. The weekly 10% cashback carries zero wagering requirement.
• Wagering contributions: slots and fishing games contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 100%, crash games contribute 100%, sports betting contributes 50%.
• Bonus wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Incomplete wagering after 30 days results in the bonus and associated winnings being removed. Your deposited real funds are not affected.
• baji666 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, or to modify terms for future offers with reasonable notice published on the Promotions page.
• Bonus abuse — including multi-accounting, use of VPN or proxy to change apparent location, exploiting promotion terms in a manner not intended by baji666, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus conditions — will result in bonus cancellation, potential account suspension, and forfeiture of associated balances.

All games available on baji666 are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, Spadegaming, Spribe, and others. Each provider maintains their own RNG certification from independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes at baji666 are determined entirely by certified Random Number Generator systems and cannot be influenced, predicted, or manipulated by baji666, by the player, or by any third party.

Individual game rules — including return to player (RTP) rates, minimum and maximum bets, special feature mechanics, and jackpot conditions — are governed by each provider's game specification and are accessible from within each game title. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing real money wagers.

• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a session, the round in progress will be voided and your stake for that round will be returned to your account balance.
• baji666 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error due to a system or software bug. Winnings generated from a technical error will not be paid.
• For sports betting markets, results are determined by official match data from the relevant governing body. In-play settlement follows the result at the time the event concluded. Cancelled events result in stakes being returned.
• Game session history is logged and retained. In the event of a dispute, baji666's server-side records are the authoritative source for game outcome data.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baji666. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting)
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or any IP-masking technology to access baji666 from a jurisdiction where access is restricted
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human interaction method to place bets or interact with the platform
• Collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes, particularly in live casino or multiplayer game environments
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or RNG defects to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering or using baji666 to process funds derived from illegal activity
• Depositing funds from payment methods not registered in your own name
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or any restricted area of the platform
• Providing false identity information at registration or during KYC verification
• Allowing a minor to use your baji666 account

baji666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months
• Player-requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme
• Receipt of a valid legal order requiring account closure

Where an account is closed for a Terms violation, any bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real money deposits and verified withdrawable funds will be returned to the verified account holder via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding investigation.

You may close your own baji666 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any outstanding verified balance will be returned to you.

• Collects only the personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, and comply with applicable legal obligations
• Does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes
• Protects all data in transit with 256-bit SSL encryption
• Retains account and transaction data for a minimum of 5 years in compliance with financial record-keeping requirements
• Will provide you with access to your personal data on request

All content on the baji666 platform — including but not limited to the baji666 name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of baji666 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the baji666 platform for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any baji666 content. Unauthorised use of baji666 intellectual property will result in legal action.

baji666 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous availability and accurate operation, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors.

• baji666 is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, game errors, internet connectivity issues on your end, or third-party payment processing delays beyond our control.
• baji666 is not responsible for gambling losses incurred during normal platform operation. Gambling involves financial risk; by using the platform you acknowledge this and accept personal responsibility for all wagers placed.
• In cases where baji666 liability is established, the maximum liability is limited to the net real money deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

baji666 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will:

Continued use of the baji666 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the baji666 service, please follow this process:

• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your issue is not resolved via live chat, submit a formal written complaint to support@baji666.link with your account username, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs). We commit to acknowledging formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied after receiving our formal response, the dispute may be escalated to our compliance review team. The compliance team's decision is final and binding for disputes within the scope of these Terms.

All dispute resolution is conducted in good faith. baji666 server-side game logs and transaction records are the authoritative data source for resolving outcome-related disputes.

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from your use of the baji666 platform, shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. By using baji666, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for resolution of any dispute not resolved through the complaints process outlined in Section 14.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
